San Jose Nursing Center

I wish to thank the staff at San Jose Nursing Center for watching over my brother, Jose Andres Gauna. He arrived there in December, 2019 after suffering a debilitating stroke. He was placed in the same room with his wife, who has been there for many years. My brother passed away, Aug. 3, 2021. May he Rest in Peace. I know the work they do is not easy. It takes a very special person to care for patients like my brother and his wife.

Nice staff, caring for thier clients and patients. Only big is the building has major interior damage from building shifting and water leaks.

Walk into the facility and it reeks of urine and fecal matter. Wouldn't put my wrost enemy in this facility.

Horrible Place. So unprofessional. Nurse disrespected and hung up on me. When I attempted to call back, no one answered.
