I went in first for a consultation that was quick and then they scheduled me quickly the following week for the tooth extraction I chose sedation by IV and I have to tell you the office staff was so friendly and the doctor was so nice and got the tooth removed like within 15 minutes painless Although he did tell me I have to find a dentist because I’m gonna need one to maintain the teeth that I do have. But I do highly recommend this place for it’s a quickness And the way to explain everything before they actually start the process. Hopefully, I won’t have to use them again For any more extractions, but if I do, I know where I’m going, and the prices were really really reasonable so if you’re looking for a painless, free extraction and have this fear of Dentist , then you’ve gotta try this

I was referred to San Antonio Surgical Arts from my son's dentist for my son's wisdom teeth. We met with Dr. Casillas, he only talked to us for a couple of minutes, and told us we should remove all 4 of my son's wisdom teeth. I made the appointment for the surgery. I had a bad feeling about the doctor that I couldn't shake, and I canceled the surgery a couple days later and went to another practice. This new dentist spent 15 minutes with us and explained that if we removed his wisdom teeth now, it would destabilize his other permanent teeth since the bone had not grown in yet and that since the wisdom teeth didn't even have roots yet, it was really too early. Excellent service took the 2 wisdom teeth from the bottom of the jaw and everything was Excellent and great attention from the staff.

First of all, the front office staff was courteous. I went in for a tooth extraction, and I thought I was going to be awake while he did it. Doc hooked me up to an IV, and we started talking about the weather. Next thing you know, I was waking up with gauze in my mouth, and the procedure was over. Didn't feel a thing! Felt like I blinked my eyes, and it was over. The dental assistant was very nice as well. I'd definitely come back again if I ever need any dental work done.

I had a great experience at this office. I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was terrified when I went in and had no idea what to expect. My surgeon Michael Castillas, DDS was so kind hearted and gentle with me. I really appreciate that he took the time to reassure me when he could tell I was nervous. The nurses kept the conversation lite, which I like, as I hate talking a lot when I'm anxious. I would recommend this office to anyone who is having anxiety about getting your wisdom teeth removed. They get you in and out and give you what you need for a full recovery. Thank you SASA.
