Pharmacy is supposed to open at 9:00 am, I am a plus member, I have done my shopping and waiting for the pharmacy to open. I waited patiently until 9:10 at the pharmacy window. I go to customer service he calls the manager and she doesn’t even know what time the pharmacy opens. The sign on the pharmacy say 9 am. When I get back to the pharmacy I realized I passed the pharmacist coming in the door. Get back to the pharmacy and he is now waiting on the manager to get the keys. I had to wait 23 minutes to pick up a prescription…NOT OK. Be on time…know your store!
Excellent services every time. The pharmacy is ALWAYS willing to answer questions if you have any.
They go above and beyond to help. Great people!
