Sam's Club Pharmacy

We went to Sam's Club to pick up my wife's medications. They did not carry her multiple sclerosis medication so her doctor sent it to Walgreens,So when we arrived at the Sam Club pharmacy the pharmacist was EXTREMELY rude. Telling my wife she can't have two pharmacies. We prefer to use Sam's Club because it's closer to our home and her doctor was the one that sent the medication to Walgreens due to Sam's Club not carrying it. So this pharmacist decided but she knows more than a doctor and then my wife does not need her pain-killing medication due to her multiple sclerosis and blocked her from receiving such because my had "2" pharmacy's and when her doctor called the pharmacist the pharmacist was extremely rude to the doctor and explain my Pharmacy my rules like she knows a patient better

The woman that “helped” me was completely rude. It apparently was a few minutes before they closed for lunch (which I didn’t realize and would’ve understood had she kindly explained that) she went to get my prescription and said insurance doesn’t cover it, which it does. I gave her my insurance card and she threw it back on the counter, scoffed and said I need to come back after lunch and walked away. The way she talked to me and the attitude she had was completely unwarranted.

The pharmacist was very helpful and always looked for the best price. However, there is one employee who has waited on me a few times and she always seems like it's a inconvenience to service the customer. Very sourful attitude. So what why I gave a average score.

Took script to pharmacy in sams club for a prep kit for colonoscopy....the script had 2 different options for filling based on what my insurance would cover...when I went to pick up the clerk said based on your insurance you owe 80.00!!! Can u imagine? for a prep kit?!!! I stated that there were two types of kits to choose from on the script...oh...he didn't check the other option and guess what? It was FREE to me!!!! Seriously!!!! Please put some people behind the counter that care would you Sams club!!!!

I've been going to Sam's Club Pharmacy since 1998. They are very good at explaining questions to understand things about the prescription, very friendly, keep up the good work
