Sam's Club Pharmacy

I love this pharmacy! The pharmacy has an excellent staff that is very efficient and knowledgeable in all areas of services they offer. The pharmacist are knowledgeable in your medications and are always available to answer any of your questions. The staff members are very efficient and customer service is their priority.

I want to compliment the pharmacy. Years ago Eckerd Drug Store Company set the gold standard of excellence in pharmacy care. The Pinellas Park Sam's Club pharmacy has broken and far exceeded that standard. The staff is well trained, helpful and friendly. The main pharmacist Teresa (I don't know her last name) has saved me from medicine conflicts more than once. I hope all Sam's Club pharmacy locations are operating at the highest professional level as the Pinellas Park team!!!

Worst customer service ever!! The lady at  customer service is really rude. Her name is Diane, all i wanted to do was speak to the manager about the job opening they have. She refused to put the manager on the phone 3 times. She acted like i was getting on her nerves even though i was just asking to talk to someone. I'm a sams club card member and i will not be shopping here or working here. They need to replace her and put someone up there who acts like they actually want to be at their job.

I have used this Pharmacy for years. I tried the one associated with my Insurance I couldn't put up with the stress of not knowing when my medication would be delivered and that they delivered it on a staggered schedule. I like to know when it's going to be delivered and if delivered All at the same time, So someone could be home to accept delivery. I don't believe in leaving medication in a mailbox for anyone to take.

the WORST pharmacy I have ever tried to work with. Trying to get my medication with a discount that clearly states how it works and the pharmacy refuses to apply it. They wont help with trying to make a call to see if they are entering it incorrectly. They simply say no we put it in our computer and it says no so too bad even though i have the proof in writing. Worst customer service ever. Unprofessional and unhelpful.
