I recently visited Dental Specialty Group of Pinellas to get a second opnion regarding periodontal treatment. Dr. Mesia was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions without rushing and advised me that I did not require periodonatal treatment. He made me feel completely at ease and confident in the care I was receiving. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was welcoming and efficient, making check-in quick and easy. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and calming - which really helps if your're a little anxious about going to the dentist. I’ve had a couple procedures done here by Dr. Mesia and the experience was great. The staff are wonderful. This tooth extraction went smoothly as expected. The personal follow up is also above expectation, Doctor called in the evening to check up on me. Would recommend treatment here!

Friendly and professional staff. Clean, welcoming office. Downplayed recovery time probably to assist with anxiety--and individual experiences differ, I'm sure. Clear directions for what to do in the following days and weeks. Last but not least, Dr. Mesia and his medical assistants are very warm and friendly.
