Dr. Rachel is by far one of the most gentle and compassionate Chiropractors I have ever known. Within five minutes of me sitting in front of her, she gave me a simple adjustment to the very top veterbrae that my head sits on. I had been in pain for weeks from a whiplash injury and I was unable to turn my head to the right. She was so gentle that I literally just felt her feeling my neck and maybe pushing on some pressure points. I finally asked her if she was done because my neck felt instantly better. When she said yes she was finished, I was astonished because she used no force at all! Dr. Rachel is a game changer in my opinion. Have a knee injury so I came here for physical therapy I'm glad I did because the staff here is so very very friendly. Definitely willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you are getting the proper treatment that you need. Very easy people to get along with for sure.

Been going for almost 17 years for adjustments. Never had any problems and they always seem to get me in same day if I ask last minute. Never had a billing problem and when I had an auto accident they worked with my lawyer seamlessly.

Mostly nice staff, especially the LMT and the Chiropractor that comes in and helps from Palm Harbor location. The PT assistant is very passive aggressive and has poor manners so I stopped getting services on that side of the center. Unfortunately this business is ran and managed very poorly. The doctor would be out, or traveling and I wouldn't get a heads up before I get to my scheduled appointment. I would drive all the way over there, only not to be seen. This happened a few times. The final straw for me was telling me I used all my visits allocated by my insurance, when I didn't. I tried to get this sorted, and they insisted that I did. Ironically, Im currently using the remaining visits I actually still do have at a different chiropractic office.

I had an accident and fell when I woke up the next morning, Saturday. I couldn’t hardly walk nor move my neck. I called Gulfcoast for an appointment and they were able to see me the same day. Dr. Chris was great, professional, caring and took time to explain the details of what was going on where I understood. I felt so much better by the time I left. I wasn’t 100% better but at least I could walk without pain and move my neck. The office called later in the week to check on me and Dr. Chris called several times until he was able to talk to me. I made another appointment for today and had the same professional service. Adjustments were great.
