AFC Urgent Care Pinellas Park

After trying a few other labs without success, my doctor recommended AFC (American Family Care) Urgent Care, and it was a much better experience. The staff were friendly, professional, and efficient, making the process far less stressful than other places I had tried. Scheduling was easy, the facility was clean and comfortable, and the test itself was handled quickly and with care. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is that the wait time could have been a little shorter, but overall, AFC provided excellent service and reliable results. I’d definitely return here in the future and would recommend them to others needing urgent care or lab services.

I went in with flu symptoms and they didn't test for flu, covid, or anything else. They didn't even take my temperature. But the care provider evidently knew exactly what I needed to get better. I will never go back nor will I ever recommend this facility to anyone.And also making an appointment is useless because I was waiting for 1 and a half hours before I even got into the exam room

They were fairly busy , but I got seen in a very timely manner. I was pretty sick and this is the next day and i'm feeling better already. From the front desk to the nurses to the doctor's , they were all very professional and very likable and knowledgeable.

Fast, friendly, The staff makes you feel like a person not a number. Never did they make me feel like I'm next up. QR code check in is easy to navigate. Check them out. I am a patient not an employee.

First time visit, but will plan on visiting again. My snowbird wife needed care and AFC was close at hand. We pre-applied on-line for the appointment which took about half an hour. This was time to scan insurance cards and ID's to upload and answer demographic information. Parking was ample, waiting room was spacious, wait time was acceptable based on patient volume, staff were friendly, and examining physician was thorough. Great experience during a hectic time.
