Customer Reviews
The pharmacist with long auburn hair has a demeaning tone and is rude, acts like she doesnt have time for you or to help you figure out anything. Not a great experience being a new member and just starting to use their pharmacy. Even the insurance lady that called on my behalf said she was not pleasant.
Great customer service! I’m switching all my meds over to Sam’s Club because I’ve been so impressed with them. Ginger & the other pharmacists are so helpful and sweet whenever I go in there. There’s hardly ever a line. And Ginger went above and beyond for me when I had to go through the process of getting a prior authorization for a new medication (never had done that before & it was confusing to me!) to explain what I needed to do step by step.
The pharmacist named Ginger and the pharmacy technician with black hair and glasses were outrageously rude to me when I went in there last, my medicine was more then I was expecting and I asked if there was a way to get it for cheaper they were kind enough to help me find it on good rx but acted like I was inconveniencing them, and then they said to me “we go though this with you every time” as if this hasn’t happened only once before. Needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere or only if one of the other pharmacists are there.
Iv been coming here for years. Mark, Karen and all the other techs are awesome. The red head ginger is rude and shouldn’t have anything to do with customer service. I’ll be switching my pharmacy now. This isn’t the first time .
The rudest customer service I have ever experienced. I called to try to see if my medication was in stock, since there has been a nation wide shortage, and every time I do the woman on the other line seems annoyed and always hangs up on me. Not sure why, but I don’t want to have to call every pharmacy in Knoxville either, so there is not reason to be rude.
