I was impressed with the emergency room experience, where we were roomed in under 30 minutes. The room was clean, sanitary, and well-maintained. The staff was great, and the nurse was both adorable and professional. My daughter was seen quickly, with an IV and blood work completed in a timely manner. Although the wait was tedious as most emergency facilities tend to be, the accommodations were comfortable, making it more enjoyable than waiting in the waiting room. Visit was on 1/14/2026

My husband had exceptional care from the moment we walked in the door. Security and registration were friendly. Every single person we encountered in the emergency room was beyond kind. The 5th floor took excellent care of him. Thank you so much everyone. All of these people are so hard working. ❤️

I had surgery today . Best experience from begining to end . The nurses,all staff. Dr, anesthesiologist OR staff were amazing. Hight recommend.

The nurses here at Samaritan listened to me actively and were very kind and professional. They didnt assume what was wrong immediately and they did what they needed to in order to make SURE I left feeling better and more hopeful than I went in. I write this steadily improving - thank you again for everything.

I genuinely don’t know why people are hating so bad in these reviews, it made me scared to go but I’m glad I did! Maybe I just had a super lucky visit? I waited maybe 10 minutes before being taken into the triage room, and about 10 minutes for an open room. All the staff were extremely kind to me the entire time during my stay! I had multiple tests done, all the staff was super speedy about it and the results came back fast! My whole experience was an 1 1/2 maybe 2 hours for the whole process which compare to other Emergency rooms in the area was pretty fast! They figured out what was going on and even helped me set up an appointment with a specialist while I was there! So grateful for all the amazing staff who helped me!
