I went to him when I was in high school. His staff and himself were old school and annoying. The one thing I will give him though is he fixed my teeth. Thanks for that! I still wouldn't go back there even if I had too! That place was weird and felt unwelcoming especially during the 2020 pandemic when he failed to notify his patients about the "call before you show" situation. I found that out one day in 2020 when I went in there and his receptionist just started yelling at me for showing up at my appointment. Apparently his Hanover location has better reviews.

Very disappointed with service and the way they have talked to me and my daughter. Very degrading and very quick to play the blame game. Seemed very rushed and doesnt take the time to explain what the long term plan is. I have sent an email explaining my concerns in the past. It was addressed and they seemed apologetic, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued to have my daughter seen. Since then, my daughter has left there in tears because of the way they talk to us and don't listen. This was my final straw.
