Wonderful facility and caring staff. From day 1 they have shown my husband care and compassion. He enjoys the meals, especially breakfast! Everyone we have come into contact with have been very helpful. From admissions, dietary, maintenance, nurses, cna's, business office and lobby reception, Everyone is there to help.

Wonderful! The very best experiences especially my eye surgeries! I'll always recommend my Doctor, his Nurses, & Staff! It's the only way to be certain that you will always be treated with respect, professionalism,& sanitary surroundings plus efficiency! Can't imagine going to anyone else! Must also add their ER visits from personal experiences!

I am absolutely disgusted at the treatment my mother has been getting! My Father has walked into my mother's room 3 different times in the morning to see my Mother naked from the waist down and laying in her wet bed. My Father was the one to clean her up and get her dressed. Not to mention my Father is getting Absolutely no information concerning my Mother's rehab schedule and he has been asking for 2 dam weeks. Majestic Care fix and hold freaking people accountable before someone decideds to sue your facility for negligence!

My special needs sister was a patient for 2 1/2 months after a fracture to her right tibia and fibula. She is deaf and nonverbal and was non-weight bearing and I was assured by Amanda in Admissions that her limitations were not a problem. She was not helped to the commode or offered a bedpan regularly and was left to sit in her own waste for hours. Because she was unable to use her call light, she was basically ignored. She didn’t receive a shower or bed bath the first two weeks she was there and her hair was filthy and rarely combed. We had a handful of caring CNAs who were so overwhelmed by their number of patients they rarely had time to adequately address patient’s needs. This place deserves ZERO stars!! I’m thankful my family member only has to be here a week. I specifically asked and put a note in the room requesting that she gets fully dressed each morning before therapy. I came back the next day and she was still in her same pajamas but had her out a sweatshirt over it. I had to give her a shower because they lied and said they would give her one in the evening: so I came back in the evening and no shower was given. There was ice in her window the first night. The place is plain filthy. What a shame! The nurses station phone rings and rings and rings. Nobody answers.
