All of the staff were very nice & helpful. The hygienist showed us Matthew’s x-ray. She explained that the left side tooth was longer than the right side With this info Dr. Patel Miller explained they wanted to take another X-ray & send it to a radiologist to see what the X-ray shows. Again all of the staff were nice & helped me with filling in all the info they required. And Dr. Patel was good at explaining why they wanted to take an x-ray to send to a radiologist.

I had a really good hygiene visit here. The hygienist was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Everything was clean, efficient, and well explained. Definitely one of the best dental cleanings I’ve had.

When I called to see if they took our insurance before our appointment last year, they said they did. We got there and they charged me close to $600 if I remember correctly. The girl at the desk told me the insurance just wasn’t covering much. I paid it and didn’t think anything of it until I was going through my claims and noticed every single one was denied for out of network. Now I am attempting to get records transferred to a new dentist.. WHO IS IN NETWORK. And it has kind of been a pain. The dentists were kind, and I liked the tech. But I am not happy with how everything else went. I was basically lied to and charged for every service.

Love Beacon Dental. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. A professional team. My experience with a crown was painless. With a cleaning before and the crown complete in less than 4 hours. I love that it’s all done same day

First of all they were open till 7pm which was so amazing because my tooth pain didn’t start until 4pm and I work in downtown Chicago. Dr. Patel was so informative and so kind. He answered all my questions and reassured me that everything was going to be ok. He made me feel like my health and well being was first priority. I did not leave feeling like all they wanted was money, which is a first for me. Everyone was so nice and polite. I wish I would’ve gotten all of their name Give them a specific shout out, I am actually looking forward to my appointment next week!
