While the staff is top notch, they unfortunately have hired a billing service that cannot navigate the waters of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois. Constantly having bills not paid because the billing company automatically assume they need to send to Indiana Blue Cross Blue Shield. Attempts to speak with someone at the billing company routes you to a thrif world country and you get the pleasure of speaking to "Joseph" or some other American sounding name. They are of no help, apparently have no supervisors and waste my time. The billing company expects me to do all the correcting and phone calling. But, sadly, I believe that is not my responsibility to take care of. The office staff tries to help, but their notes and phone calls to Forefront's billing company of choice. I would've like to

I always have a good experience with forefront Dermatology. Heather is great and always takes good care of me. Her assistant os also very caring. I know in this day and age practioners really dont have much time with patients, but Heather takes her time and is even interested in what is going on in my life. That means a lot to me. My son was recently married, and she took her time to look at some of the pictures from the wedding. It was kind of her to do that.

Scheduled appointment very short amount of time in waiting room. Friendly easy to communicate with assistant and same experience with Dr.Upchurch as thorough as you allow her to be with treatment. I was overall pleased with my visit and will be a returning patient.
