Alverno Laboratories Crown Point

We just had our 1-year-old daughter’s bloodwork done here, and we couldn’t be more impressed. The staff were incredibly gentle, patient, and reassuring, putting both us and our daughter at ease. They handled what is usually a very difficult draw with care and professionalism, executing everything even better than we could have hoped. Highly recommend this lab for anyone, especially with little ones new to the area!

Seriously they are THE BEST. Always kind, quick, and comforting. Abigail is the sweetest. She had me done and drawn so fast after fasting for 14hours. I wasn't even in the chair for 2 minutes. Thank you guys!

I came in on a busy Saturday morning. When I walked into the waiting room, I saw over ten people waiting. I was pleasantly surprised they got my draw completed in less than 30 minutes! Friendly staff.

I couldn’t have asked for a better phlebotomist!! Madeline was so kind and reassuring, this was my first time getting my blood drawn and Madeline made sure to talk me through what she was doing which really helped calm my nerves. She really was amazing!

I had a wonderful experience with getting lab work done. The lady working the front desk greeted me so nicely and was so kind to me. It took a bit of time to get my information in the system since I was new but she was updating me the entire time as to what she was doing. I was in and out so quickly after that. Highly recommend!
