It was refreshing to go to an urgent care and be seen almost immediately. From front staff being friendly and welcoming to getting attention within 5 or so minutes. The nurse was very thorough and clear on what my options were and communication friendly and explained what was needed. Dr. was very pleasant and thorough on exam caring and understanding my feelings. I doing believe I have had a doctor listen as carefully and completely to my lungs as she did making me feel comfortable and confident of her findings!

My previous 2 visits were great. This last one, I am quite sure I was forgotten in the room. Eventually, after realizing I had been overlooked, I had to leave without being seen as I was feeling awful and needed to go lay down. The check-in was fine, and the Nurse was friendly however.
