This office is not even worth one star. My mother just left SAI Urology for what was supposed to be a hospital follow-up. Dr. Rajan acted completely clueless as to why she was there. How hard is it to review a patient's referral and records before an appointment? He did not properly examine her or do anything that was expected for a follow-up appointment including changing out a foley that was due to be removed. Instead, he passed her care off to a home health nurse with limited resources. It's the end of the week with a holiday on Monday. I guess his two-week vacation is more important than a patient's health and well-being. What kind of doctor passes the buck and then instructs their patient to go to the ER instead of being cared for by them? Even home health is confused as to why he did

To any and all "professionals" at SAI URO in Roanoke Rapids: I use the term "professionals" lightly, as everyone I encountered in the office this morning was significantly less-than professional. From the femal, whom I assume is an NA, who stood by watching with a pinched, irritable face as a patient struggled to make their way into an exam room offering no assistance to the rude clerks/medical assistants at the front desk who are obviously incapable of speaking politely - you all are a dissapointment and disgrace. Various residents of our ommunity rely on care of your specialty and many of them struggle to travel longer distances to seek help from elsewhere; though, after today I'm certain they wish they could.
