Place completely turned around since Dr Linda Hedges arrived. The nee lady at reception is very friendly and the Dr is very caring and listens to every concern. If you came here before 2026 and had a bad experience, try them again now. You won't regret it.

This has to be one of the nicest, personable offices I have ever been to. Everyone greets you with a smile. The times I have been in the office have been pleasant. I love how everyone makes you feel comfortable. And an even bigger shoutout to Dr. Linda. This is the first time, in a long time, I felt comfortable with talking to any physician.

I decided to try Med First for the first time after always going to the other Urgent Care Facilities in the area. I'm not quite sure why I overlooked it for so long. It was a refreshing change and will definitely be my new go-to. From the time I walked in, the lobby was decorated in a very welcoming and cozy way. It even smelled like freshly used cleaning products. They are a staff of just 4 and I was able to interact with 3 of them... Each encounter was just as friendly as the next.
