I had a great Doctor there before she retired no problems at all. New Doctor then the Receptionist who's quite RUDE was very nasty towards me. My insurance coverage was adequate and was approved. However the Receptionist (once again) RUDE said I wasn't. SHE wouldn't even listen to me or take the letter that showed that ii was covered! Really awful experience 😞

Tom Pair, and Dr.Thomas both treat me with great empathy, and care. Both with great knowledge of my multiple autoimmune diseases and an IgG deficiency, and every comorbidity that has been caused by them. This takes much education and care over and above just pain management! They are absolutely wonderful,and i could not be better cared for anywhere else!

I love all the ladies they treat me real special and my special person Tom he listens to my stories about my month.however back to all the ladies and receptionists u all call my name when I come in and u tell me how nice I look I just love you and the ladies in the surgery room talk to me and I don’t even realize dr Joey is giving me my injection thank all the staff at ECPC for treating me like I am their best friend

I love Dr Viril Pair he is a good doctor he is very concerned about your pain and do his best to try to treat you with the right medication to help you. The new doctor that took over i love him too.
