dFender Physical Therapy

Without a doubt, DFender Physical Therapy is the best physical therapy practice in our area. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, very caring and empathetic, and they are terrific problem solvers! These folks worked as a team, to identify the root cause of my problem after a shoulder replacement. They really went to extra effort to try to figure out what was going on and how to fix it. What kind of problem you just snap your fingers and it's fixed! This took a lot of extra effort and expertise on their part. And it's very clear that these ladies totally enjoy their job, their coworkers and customers. I will never go to another physical therapy practice as long as I live within driving distance!

I had my first appointment for PT this week. Donna and her staff were very compassionate and encouraging. They were knowledgeable and kind. They took time to answer all my questions and concerns and explain to me everything they did and why. The office itself is warm and inviting. The decor and the music foster a peaceful, optimistic atmosphere. I highly recommend them.

dFender Physical Therapy has a wonderful welcoming Environment. The receptionist greet you with such beautiful smiles and help you navigate with your visit. There is a warm heartfelt atmosphere with soft music playing to encourage the patient. words of wisdom can be seen throughout the business and not to mention how the care team and the therapist notice you. Throughout your session, the are coming back to speak and make sure that you are good with your service. I highly recommend defender because it’s a place that you would wanna be. It feels like home..

I’ve had an appointment scheduled for over a month. I’ve been dreading the wait for this appointment as I’m in a lot of pain, but they were recommended from my surgeon. They called me less than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment to inform me that they have recently decided that they are no longer accepting my insurance. They knew what insurance I have at the time the appointment was scheduled. I could have been seen a LOT sooner elsewhere. So disappointed with the complete disregard for their patients. If this is how they treat you before the appointment, I’d be very careful coming here.

I love this physical therapy group. All staff gracious and kind. The dry needling was wonderful. I would return. Still catching up on MD appts since my mothers death. Had to reschedule several times due to taking a part time job and they were always willing to help me fit another visit in.
