All staff were very kind and explained everything to me. Dr. Willner was very kind and caring he explained everything that he was doing and made sure that there was no pain involved. I felt at ease and not nervous like I usually am at the Dentist

I went in and was told I only needed one session of Invisalign. After that session ended, I stopped wearing the aligners. A couple of months later, I returned for a routine cleaning, and they handed me another tray to wear, which completely confused me. No one had informed me that I would need additional sessions. I couldn’t even wear the new tray because my teeth had shifted back, and it was extremely painful. I called the office repeatedly, as well as the corporate office, requesting a refund. After a long time, they finally called me back only to say that it had been over a year and there was nothing they could do. They essentially took my $4,000 and disappeared.

Save yourself money stay away! the place looks modern and clean but that's about it. The employees are pushing unnecessarily expensive treatments, all they do is cross sell ,not your usual dental practice. very cold attitude from every employees there. Warning do not buy the PerioGelX treatment form them, if you need that treatment, they charge an arm and a leg for it! Amazon has $26.00 each tube. Needless to say I will not be going back there ever again!
