My recent dental visit, was a root canal. Although, the mention of that procedure may conjure up pain and discomfort, I can report my experience was met with professionalism from the moment I sat in the chair until I walked out of the door. Dr. J constantly inquired about my comfort while explaining everything he was doing. His voice was calm and reassuring. He spoke with direct details to Rose , who assisted him. Their communication was detailed as to what instrument he required and her positive acknowledgement. Excellent team work. I was" told" I needed a break as I was receiving three crowns. Spot on ! Nancy, the receptionist asked for my pharmacy number to ensure my prescription would be filled when I arrived. She also called later on behalf of Dr. J to see how I was doing. I migh

Dr. Jay is outstanding! He is professional, kind, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. Nancy is wonderful and always very helpful. I have been coming to Dr. Shapiro for roughly 15 years. He is retiring now and I have been seeing Dr. Jarquin. He is very kind and professional. I had an issue with one of my fillings chipping and he was able to patch it up and smooth out another one that was also giving me issues.
