MD Now Urgent Care - Pinecrest

I had a wonderful experience at this doctor’s office. Kassandra at the front desk was welcoming and very helpful from the moment I arrived. She made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Kirk, the doctor’s assistant, was patient, professional, and made sure everything was clearly explained. Dr. Eugenio Delgado Jiménez was knowledgeable and genuinely caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident in my care. I’m very grateful for the kindness and professionalism of everyone in this office. Highly recommend!

The urgent care and the doctor was fine, but the billing department is ridiculous. I lost the payment receipt and now I have to wait 30-45 days to receive the receipt for the payment I made at the time of the visit. I am not talking about the itemized bill, just the copy of the receipt that I already paid. It usually takes only a few days at all other doctor's offices so I am very upset about such inconvenience

After a not great experience at the MD now in Kendall, I came to this location for a medical clearance. The Doctor was very attentive and caring, and made me feel comfortable. I would definitely come back to this location.

When I visited Pinecrest MD Now Urgent Care Center everything was perfect from beginning to end… All of the staff from.Danielle, Donnesha and Alina we're very friendly and caring. The check-in process was easy. I was seen pretty much almost right away.. Dr. Carlos Pena was absolutely one of the best Doctors I've ever had the pleasure of having to take care of me… He's very kind and compassionate was truly concerned with my healthcare needs. I want to thank you all very You have no idea much!

Went in on a Monday at noon. It was pretty empty and was seen promptly after insurance was confirmed. Eric, Marie, and Dr. Valdez were courteous and professional. Though I hope I don’t have to, Id come again
