I called this office about two to three months ago and got Monica on the line which I felt was rare and sweet since now and days its hard getting doctors on the phone without having to first go through their assistants. I explained my husband’s complicated situation of mixed thyroditis, he bounces between graves and hashimotos. She said she’d be willing to talk to him and made it seem she was familiar with his situation. Fast forward to last week, my husband has a telehealth with Monica and she basically told him there was nothing she could do for him. I was introduced to Quality NP Health Service by a friend. Our entire family came down with COVID symptoms. I scheduled an appointment on line and within minutes received a call from Monica. Monica didn’t waste any time developing a treatment plan. Most of the symptoms had subsided within days of following the plan. She was spot on for the treatment. A couple weeks later I developed a cough and fever I called Monica and she suspected it was walking pneumonia. She prescribed medicines and again within days I was starting to feel better. What I appreciated most was Monica’s follow up. She actually followed up with me to see how I was doing and to monitor my progress. And she did that more than once! I met Monica while waiting for services at Beautiful Me Skin Boutique. She is very personable and knowledgeable - and immediately knew I wanted her to care for me. I have been searching for a Primary Care Provider but all the offices are jammed and don’t care about you as a patient. Monica and Carmen are heaven sent! My parents got COVID 4 days before Christmas, so I contacted both of them. I got an IMMEDIATE response from them both. I spent over 30 minutes talking to Carmen about all the ways that she can help treat my parents. She was at their house the very next morning at 8am, sharp, administering an IV filled with much needed nutrients!! Did I mention that she came the VERY NEXT DAY!!!
