Safeway Pharmacy

The pharmacy and staff are so great in the work they do, I'm so grateful for them 💗 for they work very very hard at making sure I get all my medications on time and I have never been disappointed with them at anytime, going on 3 years and they have never let me down...... So so grateful for them 💓

Haf employees Are amazing and the other half seem really lazy, burnt out or not customer service friendly!! It's very inconsistent and I've even slowly switched my families medications to other pharmacy! It's hard to be sick, move states and need help with script transfers- so when a solution from safeway oharmacy tech was "call your doc and get all new scripts written out and sent to us" when I have refills, not a very nice answer!! When I know clearly that is not the solution! Seems lazy to me?? Not willing to help? I had already apologized that I asked her to look up I I had a refill, because she would take deep breath and breath hard into the phone!! I said sorry over and over! Not how we should feel as patients, right? I'm really not high maintenance, just needed help!

This pharmacy has become the worst pharmacy that I have ever used. The arrogant, condescending pharmacist that was hired last year is awful. He told me that my insurance company denied my prescription because there was no prior authorization. I told him that it was good for another four months, but he acted like I was stupid. After I called my insurance company and learned that HE put the information in wrong, I asked him what happened with the prior authorization. He said it was a "coding issue", and when I told him that I was right and that he was very condescending to me, he flushed and went into the side room. It's obvious that he thinks he can do no wrong. He drove the other staff away, and I wouldn't be surprised if many customers transferred their prescriptions to different pharmaci

This Safeway pharmacy used to be great. What made this pharmacy great were the employees behind the counter but they all left unfortunately. Right now it is full of new people and the customer service is not good. Since they are new I will give them a chance and see if the customer service gets better. If it does I will update my review. If it doesn't get better then I will leave this pharmacy and I will update my review about that as well. I really hope they turn the attitudes around and get better at their jobs to help out the customers who need their help.

Was originally at Fry's. Asked Walgreen's on Nogales if they could transfer my scripts. Was told no and I would have to do it. I did it, but was with Walgreen's a short while with the final straw being the tech would not check the other Walgreen's to see if they had stock of my medication. Other big issue for me is there computer systems were never working. How is this possible? Because it never worked there was one week I went in 4 times just to get my meds. AND....needed to get a vaccine. You don't need to make an appointment so when I showed up I was told it would be a 30 minute wait because someone was ahead of me (I was the only person waiting).
