Dental Care at Madera Vista

We all know how a trip to the dentist can be. With that being said... The entire staff was so awesome! Very welcoming, nice, and definitely helped both mine and my mom's appointments be less stressful. They are gentle and extremely thorough with the exam. Very up front on pricing, the savings with the annual membership is worth joining. I know I sound like a commercial, and I hardly leave reviews, however, I feel I needed to. They are great. Mom and I are looking forward to becoming established patients.

This was my first visit and Dr Sharma and her staff were fantastic. Everyone was very accommodating, professional, and pleasant to deal with. Dr Sharma was great, she had to extract a tooth that proved to be very challenging, but she did so with great skill, and I didn't experience any pain throughout the procedure. Not always easy to find a dentist that can provide a high level of quality care, but that's what you get with Dr Sharma and her team!

Madera Vista Dental care was not upfront on pricing. I requested only services that would be covered by my insurance. Was told, no problem". And, was billed for $40 for flouride and billed over $400 - a charge not covered by insurance. I won't go back and hope this doesn't happen to others. Doesn't deserve the one star that enabled posting.

Experienced a gum infection. Called for an emergency appointment and was able to get in within two hours. Xray revealed a fractured tooth that was causing the problem. Tooth was extracted without any discomfort. In and out in 1-1/2 hours. Pharmacy called and said my prescription was ready and I picked it up on the way home. This was Tuesday. Received a call from the doctor on Thursday morning to see how I was doing. The service is great. The staff is cheerful and knowledgeable. The doctor is extremely gifted and caring. The office is bright, clean and uses the latest equipment. Would recommend to anyone for all general and surgical services.
