I arrived for my scheduled appointment 1 minute late past their "grace period". I was informed that my appointment will be rescheduled. The only two choices were to come back the same day at 3pm or 5 months later (no joke, on August 21, 2026). So I chose 3pm and arrived 15 minutes early. I sat in the lobby and they asked me to go to the backroom at 250pm. I said I'll wait until 3pm. The receptionist then said, She will cancel my appointment if I don't go back earlier than my scheduled time. This sounds like a made up story, but it's absolutely not a joke. And the whip cream on top is that they misplaced my personal medical records from 6 months ago when I asked for them. This "business"can not be trusted. My first visit to Sahuarita Modern Dentistry was truly a great experience. I usually dread x-rays, but Dail made me feel completely at ease—she was gentle, patient, and took her time with everything. Dr. Lopez was wonderful as well, very friendly and thorough during my appointment. The front office team was also amazing. When I called in, Martin helped me get everything set up, and he made the whole process simple and stress-free. I’m really happy I chose this office and look forward to coming back!

I am writing to recommend Marisa, Dental Assistant. She is caring and responsive to the patient. She always keeping in good communication about the treatments and responsive to questions. She clearly shows that she is skilled in the dental techniques and explains everything during treatment processes. She is very friendly, kind and professional. I wish I could have Marisa every time I go to this dental office. I highly recommend her.

My dentist, Dr. A. Lopez is the best dentist I have had in a long time. Very thorough, never rushed, and encourages conversation on symptoms and dental plans....her assistants Dall and Karla add to the special care Dr. Lopez delivers. Super happy and keep up the good work Dr. Lopez!!!
