Employees are always quick to help a customer. I picked up the most fresh strawberries this morning and were restocked right while I was there. They are absolutely delicious. Thank you Safeway for making everything easy.

Best store in town. If you have the app, the coupons make shopping very affordable. Their meat & produce are high quality. Most of their employees are pleasant. The pickup service is very quick and efficient. Clean, nice store. Earning shopper points makes fuel much more affordable. It's win win!!

Delivery Service is horrible. I ordered for 7-8 am delivery and got my order after 3 pm. I called the store twice to find out what was wrong. The manager blamed Door Dash. Safeway charges $99 for annual delivery service, but accepted no responsibility for my missed order. They seemd surprised my order was still sitting there after 6 hours. No in-house quality control? I cancelled and will not use again.

The woman at customer service was very rude to the woman in front of me. She lectured the customer about their rain check situation. I asked her to just give her a rain check, there were people waiting in line. She replied, “ Oh there is not a line, and you need to mind your own business”. This woman is NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was 2:00 pm on 12/24/2025. If you said anything else to her she just argued with you. What happened to curtesy?

Staff doesn't do ANYTHING to help. There was a spill at the self-checkout and me and my partner had to clean it up. We pointed it out to people, asked for help. Literally NO ONE did anything. They actually watched us do everything while they were chatting. We were astonished...never has staff so blatantly acted this way.
