Sachem Dental Group - Selden

First time going there. Staff is very friendly. The general dentist was great. Told me exactly what was going on. Came back the next day for a consultation with the oral surgeon. Great experience with him too. He explained everything very clearly and told me the risks of my procedure. Definitely glad I came here. My previous dental group never returned the message I left looking to make an appointmen.

I had a scheduled appointment with my dentist for tooth pain, but it turned into.a serious infection. I called them and they took me in right away. I was grateful because I was in so much pain. The doctor's and staff were wonderful and so gentle and kind. They made what was an awful experience so much more bearable with their tremendous compassion and professionalism. Thank you so much to the Doctor's and Staff of Sachem Dental. I appreciated how everyone was so kind and helpful to me from the front desk associates with my insurance to the dental staff. I was a new patient, having just moved into the area. I was able to get an appointment within a day or two. I filled out the new patient paperwork online and arrived 10 minutes early. I was taken into the exam room at my appointment time and had X-rays taken by a very friendly hygienist. The dentist came in a few minutes later and did an evaluation. He was friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. I had had a few phone interactions with the staff before my appointment and of course with the receptionists and they were all flawless. The Dr was able to make a follow-up appointment while I was in the chair. Overall it was as pleasant as a visit to the dentist could possibly be.

I’ve finally found a dentist and dental practice that I really like. From the front door staff to the dental assistants, everything runs smoothly and prompt. Dr Sumner is professional and courteous. There is no extended waiting to get seen and treated. I highly recommend this practice. Just wish there weren’t such long waits to get routine dental cleanings.

Sachem Dental Group is wonderful, they take you on time, never a wait. Their staff is friendly and efficient. The dental hygienist gives one of the best and thorough cleanings I have ever had. Dr. Commanducci is a great dentist he treats his patients with kindness and is a great dentist. I highly recommend him.
