Prescription Den Pharmacy

I am always treated with courtesy and respect, they are very fast and efficient; I am very happy I took my business to them from a chain pharmacy that is always a disaster to deal with.

For me to leave this type of review says a lot.. Extremely disappointed with how Keith (the owner) spoke to me today regarding my script. I have been going to this pharmacy since I was a kid as well as my family, extended family and friends. We have given McCool (previous owner& his uncle) business for well over 20 years and for this rude and dismissive behavior to occur was so unacceptable. As the newer owner/pharmacist I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with this. Over the years, since this newer owner took over there have been only a few people who work there that are kind and know what they’re doing (Chris being one of them, he is wonderful). Others, have no idea what they’re doing and it’s like going around in circles. I should as a customer NEVER feel like this especially

This place is a gem my family and been going here for more than 40 years never failed us once sometimes they have to wait for meds to come in no big deal it’s not on them I will continue to use there services without question five stars all day long….

Owner is wonderful. Very personal service. Staff is friendly and professional. If you're looking to be known as a person and not just a number like at CVS or Walgreens, then this is your place!
