I meet a person today that had the best customer service skills I have seen in a very very long time. Her name is Alexia and she works at the front desk at 365 Dental in Selden. As a District manager fir a bank who hired a ton of people based on their customer service skills and Alexia would rank As the best I’ve come across. Her attitude was great both on the phone and in person. Always smiling and beyond helpful. Her knowledge was deep and she put me in a great mood even after hearing dental work that I needed which upset me. She is a great asset to the company and if more businesses had an Alexia working for them it would be a much better business.

I ran a medical office for 18 years and I can say this office is professional, accommodating, warm and caring. My whole family has been using this office for years and all our dental work was completed with the utmost satisfaction. Once you are an established patient Laurie the receptionist gets you in as soon as possible to alleviate any discomfort you may have. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Dr. Scotto-Lavino and his staff are very welcoming to the dental office. The wait time is short and Dr. Scotto-Lavino is there to greet you, which makes you feel very comfortable. Dr. Scotto-Lavino performs thorough examinations and answers all your questions without feeling rushed. The dental hygienists are the best, you leave with the greatest cleaning. The office atmosphere is always friendly and upbeat.

I have been a patient of Dr Scotto for as long as I can remember. I would recommend him to anybody as their dentist. He is a very personable and caring medical professional who takes total pride in his craft. His work is impeccable.

Everyone in this office is warm and friendly. As someone who has suffered from severe dentist anxiety, I can honestly say I am no longer fearful! Hes a great doctor and a really sweet man.
