I was there about 2 years ago. Was told I needed a full denture on top and a partial on the bottom. I knew this was probably going to be the outcome. Oral surgery went good until I came back for my cleaning appt. The hygienist told my my pockets around my teeth were really deep and I needed an antibiotic to treat it and my insurance didn’t cover it (it was about $100) ok no problem. I saw a difference in my gums for the good and the next cleaning the hygienist was still telling me they need to do the antibiotic again. I said no. The dentures they gave me very poorly fit my mouth and I went back for adjustments and after a few adjustments they said they couldn’t do anything more for me. One of the worst experiences I ever had at the dentist. My first visit to this office for my x-rays and checkup went extremely well, the dentist was very thorough and kind, and made sure to answer any questions I had. I went for a routine cleaning, where I was seen by a dental hygienist who for one did not introduce herself before beginning. She was unable to read the x-rays effectively and answer questions I had. At one point, she ran the images through AI which gave an unclear answer as well. While cleaning my teeth she kept mumbling to herself and was very passive aggressive. This was unlike any other time I've went to the dentist, because I know that I keep on top of my dental hygiene very well. She kept trying to have me pay out of pocket fees or get unnecessary procedures such as fil

Tracy did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and we had a wonderful conversation about how to keep a watchful eye on keeping up with my gum lines to keep cleaned to ensure a healthy overall good oral hygiene. I had no cavities and left with a bright smile and left knowledgeable in more effective ways of keeping up with my daily oral hygiene, Thank you, Tracy and Dr Daniels... great people!

Absolutely the worst and most unprofessional dental experience I ever experienced in my 55yrs of living. I will try to keep this short. Robbed me of $70 for xrays that they said my insurance wouldn't cover, then the Dr came in a said I needed a Crown for a cavity the size of a pin head. After I said I wasn't getting a Crown he agreed to fill the cavity But said he doesn't guarantee it will work. So I had agreed to the appointment and tge Dr then requested a medical release from my heart Dr that was provided 5days later. The receptionist called me and said the letter was no good. Complete waist of time and money. Horrible rude receptionist BEWARE HORRIBLE DENTAL FACILITY

Stay as far away from this Dental office as you can. I have never been to a place more unprofessional in my entire life. I was truly traumatized by this experience and decided that it was worth it to return to my dentist in Queens. I had come to this office because my dentist was in my old neighborhood of Queens. After what I went through in this office, I immediately decided that it was worth traveling to my dentist in Queens. The X-ray technician, Dentist, and Dental Hygienist were very unprofessional! I had to take X-rays that had teeth marks from prior patients, and I expressed my discomfort with that. In addition, they kept trying to sell me things that they told me I needed, but my insurance would not cover. Every time the dental hygienist was cleaning my teeth, she would not stop ta
