Anthony and Kris were both excellent. The massages themselves were effective and you can tell they are extremely skilled at what they do. I came in while preparing for my first marathon and Anthony took the time to share insights about training, recovery, and how to take care of my body leading up to race day. They also tailor the treatment depending on what you need. I received pre-run sessions that were very different from the post-run work, and they use a variety of techniques. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, especially runners of all skill-sets!

Yesterday I went I unable to turn my neck or lift my arm due to shoulder pain. After Phranqui treated me I regained like 95% of my ability to move. She listened to my concerns and questions, and even suggested add ons for better treatment. It was the best experience and best results I could have imagined. I’m pain free. Thank you! I will suggest this place to anyone!

Anthony was absolutely amazing There isn’t another place like this in SA that takes time to assess the client and then start the massage. Anthony focused on my weak points according to my muscle tightness. They are all very knowledgeable and very excited to make this a routine, to make sure my body is right.
