“I had a great experience with my internal medicine doctor. Dr. Shneker was courteous, genuinely caring, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend this practice.”

Like the other reviews state, the receptionists are rude- they just stare at you and make you feel unwelcome. The office itself is ugly and depressing to match the mood of the ladies working the office. The PA who saw me was nice but she didn’t even look at my body where I told her was affected. She just prescribed me something based on what I told her. The office also incorrectly billed my insurance using the wrong code causing a mess for me to work with my insurance to fix the problem from the office. Would not recommend this practice. I also notice that no one from the practice has responded to other reviews so it seems like they don’t care but at least I can warn other people from going here.

Every welcoming staff...not long waits.....Dr.S is amazing and listens to ur concerns.

Dr. Shneker took the time to know and understand my medical history, addressed my overall wellness, and addressed my concerns. I look forward to having him as my PCP. The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because the appointment desk scheduled my appointment for 1:30 and when I got there, they advised me that the doctor does not arrive at that location until 2:00.

I never had an issue here for the most part. Until I started to complain about an issue I had been previously diagnosised with my heart. One doctor downplayed it like I just don't understand how the heart works but said they'd send a referral to a cardioligist. It was never sent. I complained again months later, and instead of just allowing me to receive possible preventative care at my expense, they tried to do the same thing. Saying it could be this, could be that. Not worth a referral essentially. A few months later i went to a different provider, wouldn't you know, I DO have a heart problem. Don't go to these people.
