Dr Jessica Rivera, always has been very kind and patient with me, couple times went to see her because something got into my eye, like a piece of debris, she examined my eye until found the cause of my discomfort, also performed eye exams on several occasions to order my prescription glasses. Exam prices are fair, very affordable. The receptionist may sound like she's not very nice and could sound rude but anyway my goal is to see my favorite Dr and nobody is going to ruin my consultation. For her kindness and great dedication in each visit, I highly recommend and give her ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ well deserved golden stars. Thank You Dr. Rivera❗

Called and spoke to Laura the receptionist to book an appointment. I didn’t have my insurance information on me I asked to book an appointment and I said hey well worst case scenario I’ll pay for it. I guess Laura I think she owns the place because she just hung up on me and when I called back, she just let the phone ring, purposely not picking up the phone. Just typical of this generation of kids, acting like they own the business when they’re actually employees.

I’ve been a patient here for years. Last year I made the mistake of trying somewhere closer to where I live and I will never do that again. Dr. Robles is worth the drive. She answers questions and I’ve always been happy with her prescription. The office staff is friendly and informative. This type of service has been consistent since I first became a patient nearly 8 years ago.

Great customer service. Kudos to the young lady doing desk duty and pre-exams. She is very busy but always willing to take time to help. Professional thorough exam and explanation of what is happening with my eyes. Also identified a potential issue and provided a referral to an ophthalmologist. I’ve been going to Dr. Robles for many years and would definitely recommend this office.
