Shayna has been an amazing asset in my postpartum journey. I started seeing her for hip pain that made the smallest movements very painful. After working on stability and strengthening, my hip pain is gone. We have also been able to work on multiple other areas that make chasing a toddler and caring for a newborn much easier. I also really appreciate that I was able to bring my newborn with me to my appointments when that worked best for our schedule!

Shayna is very knowledgeable, and passionate about her job. You can tell she loves to help people to feel better. I have seen great improvements, and I am only half way through my treatment plan. I came in with foot pain and tightness in my shin. I am getting the much needed relief I was looking for.
