We cannot say enough wonderful things about Teri and her office staff. From Abby at the front desk, to the nurses, Savannah, and Kari. They are truly so welcoming and kind when working with my kids. Teri displays an incredible wealth of knowledge. Teri is more readily available than many other providers. She pours her heart into her practice and her patients, and it truly shows. We feel so lucky to have an office to call home at Hometown Peds and a provider as attentive and caring as Teri. The whole staff truly cares about their patients and does their best to answer questions promptly, even in a single-provider office. The office is so warm and welcoming for kids! We truly could not ask for a better health care professional to take care of our children. Teri is absolutely top notch in every way. As a mama to 3 little kids, she never makes us feel rushed or overwhelmed. When our first daughter was born, we saw Teri at a previous practice she worked in, and we are so GRATEFUL that we found her... While she was in the process of opening Hometown Pediatrics, we had another child and had to see a different provider temporarily, and the care we received did not even compare to Teri. We simply felt lost without her expertise, compassionate care, and knowledge. I have three kids who go to Hometown Pediatrics, and it is hands-down the best pediatric office around! My son had a problem with his stomach that our old doctor never found. When we started seeing Teri, she asked all the right questions, did a very careful exam, and figured out what was wrong right away. She sent us to the right specialist, and my son ended up having surgery that completely changed his life. Teri is amazing! She takes her time with every visit, really gets to know the kids and parents, and always explains everything so we understand what's going on. Where to even start? Hometown Pediatrics is the most adorable, fun-loving atmosphere for kiddos and Teri is absolutely exceptional. She has such a sweet, comforting personality and is so highly educated and professional. You can tell she has put her heart and soul into her profession and has so much experience with all things peds related. She also has amazing connections with lactation, which is a huge bonus!! We recently had a newborn baby girl and we are so grateful that she has taken the time with us to educate us and answer all of our questions. I fully trust her and you can tell she is a “life-long” learner and will always guide us towards the best treatment that has been fully researched and clinically proven. I switched to Teri over two years ago, last Doctor terrorized my child by only seeing her in the drive thru covered in every mask and gown possible for being a toddler and having upper respiratory. She now loves going to the doctors and seeing Teri’s office. Even my youngest will only cooperate for Teri. She listens to the parents, offers advice but doesn’t push if you want to do something different. Highly recommend.
