Delphos Ambulatory Care Center

I am NOT a doctor person. I have taken care of my own health having never found a doctor to help. When I do go its because I have no other choice. I came in because of the pain in my side that could have been anything from kidney problems to minor things. I needed to know. By the way constipation does hurt. I didnt have to wait at all being brought to the back. The nurse practitioner was nice as the xray people were too. The only problem I have is being told that everything looks good. That was incorrect. There was a kidney and liver problem. My other test was abnormal. Why was I not told about them ? Then they say I should drive from delphos allll they way to lima to sit at st ritas there who helped with the death of my husband. I have been to this place twice since 2022. One was because

This place is a key example of the poor management of our healthcare. Do not go there if it is an actually urgent. I’ve sat here and watched them have the elderly ,that can barely get up from the chair they have been sitting in for an hour or more, just to hand them a piece of paper. Then two minutes later have them move to another chair before making them wait there to be seen. I’ve only have had the pleasure of seeing this happen over and over again because I’ve been waiting for two hours myself just for a urinalysis.

Very impressed with the care I received at urgent care. I had to get stitches in my knee and the entire staff from registration to Mary (the nurse practitioner who did my stitches) were fantastic. I was very nervous and they did such a great job putting me at ease... And I had no wait!

Worst experience of my life. Waited over an hour with my very sick infant. Two people in front of me just needed labs. The front desk lady goes oh he’s (my baby) is urgent care after we waited for over an hour. Nurse told the dr Or the nurse practitioner that she thinks he has croup. The main doctor didn’t even listen to him hardly and said “well the nurse said it sounds like croup. I’ll get the discharge papers” didn’t explain what croup was. Horrible care, horrible staff.

The doctors here a extremely ride. Same as another person's experience before , waited and waited and the whole time two females sat laughing outside. The doc came in said ahh it looks virul . So it must be flu. I had asked to be tested for Mercury posioning which they thought would be a waste of time. So the lady who was working with me after telling her over and over I'd had extreme exposure to Mercury for days , finally said well we can do it but you won't have time it results till tomorrow. All around terrible experience
