UPDATE after the below post from 9 months ago... Update: I continue to see Tony for ongoing maintenance, though after close to 30 years of chronic neck pain I have literally FORGOTTEN I had pain! I have taken advantage of the hydrocollator therapy, cupping, and acupressure ... and follow Tony's exercise and stretching recommendations. I go bi-weekly, and have not only conquered the pain with Tony's help ... but I continue to regain strength, sleep better, and have better quality of life! Note: I had 2 discs replaced with cadaver bones, had spinal stenosis, spurs, nerve impingement, arthritis, and more. Spends time explaining extra steps and even offering a heating pad to relax the muscles even more and inexpensive ideas to help maintenance.
