Rural Health Group Dental at Roanoke Rapids

My 14 year old granddaughter is terrified of needles.. she needed to have a filling and the team that worked on her were VERY patient with her and cared about her feelings! They finally got her numb after 25 minutes of convincing her it would not hurt and guess what? It didn't hurt her!!! Thank you so much rural health group dental in Ronoake Rapids, NC they are great, caring people!!!

I'M NOT HAPPY TODAY WITH RURAL HEALTH GROUP DENTAL AT ROANOKE RAPIDS. I HAD AN APPOINTMENT SET FOR SEPTEMBER BUT I HAD TO CANCEL AND RESCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT . AT THIS TIME I WAS OFFERED FOR MY DAUGHTER TO BE PLACED ON AN CANCELLATION LIST. THEY CALLED ME ON YESTERDAY IN OCTOBER ASKING IF I CAN BRING HER IN AT 11:20 AM, I AGREED. BUT, THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT I AM HAVING CAR TROUBLE. I CALLED RURAL HEALTH TO INFORM THEM IF MY ISSUE. I WAS TOLD AT THIS POINT THAT I CANT MAKE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR HER BECAUSE THIS WAS HER SECOND CANCELLATION . I TOLD THE YOUNG LADY I CAN SEE IF I MADE THIS APPOINTMENT AND CANCELED BUT, THIS IS A CALL I RECEIVED FROM YOUR OFFICE AT LAST MINUTE THE DAY BEFORE NOT ONE THAT I CALLED AND MADE AND CANCELLED. WHILE TALKING TO THIS YOUNG LADY I HEARD NOR FEL

I came here a few years ago. During a filling I was in pain, and apparently it was such a delight to see my mouth watering in a "unique way" during the procedure. Mind you I'm in pain, getting my tooth drilled. Apparently this was something they only saw in training. Bad time to be joking around.

I have been there for quite a long time but my children always pass them to me at Henderson. I had a problem with the older one and they did not want to attend to me and the lady who answered my call was a despot who was always waiting for this ..

I love RHG everyone was so kind, best dentist I have ever been to, my kids have been going to RHG for years and they also love it too
