Working with the staff at Runnells has been a great experience! The facility is beautiful. From my first visit, it was clear that the people who work there have compassion, empathy, and work towards providing the best care for their residents. Communication and follow-up is efficient and they do what's best for the care of the residents.

Following my brother's recent admission to Runnell last week, I have already observed significant improvements in his condition. He appears remarkably well and alert. The staff's professionalism and friendliness are noteworthy, and the dedication of the Director of Nursing, social worker, therapy team, and administrator is truly commendable. I am grateful for the care he is receiving. The facility is well-maintained, and the staff members are exceptional. I now rest easy, confident that my brother is in capable hands and receiving excellent care. I extend my sincere appreciation to all the staff.

I am writing to express serious concerns about the conduct of the nursing home administrator during a recent in-service. Several issues were observed The administrator assistant Gretchen spoke to staff in a disrespectful and unprofessional manner. Cursing and hostile language were used on the 1W unit, creating a tense and uncomfortable work environment
