I waited to write a review because I wanted to not only share my experience of Noel as a technician, but also my satisfaction with the results as I healed. Noel is LOVELY. Her attention to detail and focus on shape being reflective of what I want was evident from the initial consultation all the way through the process of micro blading. At no point did I feel rushed and she checked in with me often about comfort level and if I was happy with the shape. Post care instructions were clear and all went well. I had lip blushing done by Noel, the owner and permanent makeup artist at Art of the Arch Aesthetics in Berkeley Heights. I went in wanting a soft, natural-looking lip revival and clearly told her I didn’t like warm tones. The consultation and appointment are all together. It felt rushed—she only swatched two (at the same time) very sheer colors that looked more like gloss, and I wasn’t given a real opportunity to choose or approve or most importantly be in love with the final shade. It was quick into the tattooing. During the procedure, she discouraged numbing cream, saying it doesn’t hurt. But tattooing your lips is very uncomfortable. Very spicy feeling. Zero regrets about choosing Noel to do my brows. She is lovely, professional, and clearly experienced. The initial consult was thorough and the end result is wonderful. I really like her ‘less is more’ approach to give a super natural brow look.
