Rothman Orthopaedics Urgent Care

Honestly, I don't know where to begin. I go in there for a knee injury. They were very rude or for me a wheelchair with no feet to feast the purpose. Whatever I got to hold my leg up the whole time. Very unprofessional. Everybody at the place was nice. Pleasant except for the two receptionists. That's why I'm putting this because I've heard. Or should I say red other reviews about those two? Receptionists and I would definitely have to agree. I don't understand how can they even represent the company being at the front desk. The first line of defense and they are horrible should be fired immediately. I even spoke with the manager addressed the issue. Hopefully it'll get resolved because we go in there and paying and expect some kind of comfort not to be treated this way like we're interrup

So l made a trip to Urgent Care on Friday. There were two females at the front desk. One was terribly sick. So sick - that the entire reception area was in shock and buzzing about her harsh coughing and the fact that she does not have a mask on. I was told instantly it is a 3-hour wait. At first I was shocked but reluctantly decided to wait. The woman who checked me in has ZERO patient skills. Zero. After a slight back-and-forth, she told me that I will be seen so I sat and waited the almost three hours. I was then called in - and was told that they were not sure if I can be seen for what I was there for (?) I started to get upset. In the end - they did fix what was wrong. The only good thing that came out of this was the good conversations I had with the others in the reception area.

I went to this spot the day after I blew out my knee playing volleyball. The staff, from the receptionist to the Dr was so helpful and friendly. The receptionist put me in a wheelchair without me even thinking about asking. I guess I came at a good time because I was only there for about an hour and that included X-rays and treatment. Def recommend!

Everyone was miserable and so unfriendly. The only pleasant people I encountered during my entire visit were the X-ray technicians. They were so kind and helpful. They were actually comforting me due to a recent pregnancy loss. As I opened the door to walk out of the X-ray room, an angry woman (idk what she was- maybe a nurse) yelled at them for basically talking to me. Then, she proceeded to shake her head at me in disgust (as if how dare I talk to the X-ray techs) as I sat in the waiting room. I was so incredibly uncomfortable. After I was brought upstairs, She huffed her way into the room and puffed as she sat at the computer and said “date of birth???”, as if I was inconveniencing her night. She came back after the doc came in and sat down to offer me my next appointment time. When she

I don’t appreciate that instead of the x-ray technician getting a robe for my family member to wear during a knee x-ray she makes him drop his pants to his ankles and stand there, embarrassed in his boxers. We would’ve appreciated more professionalism.
