I don’t usually post negative reviews. In this case, I will make an exception, because it may cause this provider to improve things, and will let potential patients know the limitations of the practice. I was looking for a new primary care provider. I called. I waited on hold for a total of over twenty minutes, including one disconnect. The hold message emphasized that they are all about customer service. When the young lady answered, I was told that the practice is not accepting new Medicare patients.

Nurse Pierce should be Dr. Pierce. It took me a few weeks to write this because I wasn't but as the pain in my stomach gets more intense. All I can think about is the doctor from my last visit telling me, " your MRI is mostly normal, he can feel a defect in my stomach but, whatever it is it's not going to kill me". My husband told me great things about this place so I gave them a try to figure out what is going wrong in my stomach and I left with that. The doctor was NOT interested in figuring out the problem.

I’ve been waiting three weeks for a referral to be faxed and it has not been done. I’ve called and sent messages through the portal but they never follow through and send it. Appointments are usually on time but it’s hard to reach anyone on the phone to make appointments or follow up.

Friendly staff behind the doors- and definitely gave me a sense of highly competent! From my blood draws to my discussions with the nurse to my visit with the doctor, I was very pleased. The front feels a little cold with the glass wall, but when they have a chance to visit with you they are also very kind and helpful, I switched to this and I'm glad I did

I prefer the nurse practitioner, Sarah. She is very thorough and always seems genuinely concerned. However, Kristen with EVERY appointment; she redirects me to another doctor. I always asked to be scheduled with another doctor or PA and they are booked. Recently, I went for menopause symptoms and to check my vitamin levels. This time was probably only the one time being sent off was warranted. I wasn't going to write a review because I will assume they are being responded by a member of the staff but none of the information may or may not be cascaded.
