Nobody likes going to the dentist, but Dr. Shah was very kind and patient and explained everything to me clearly, and seemed very skilled. The front desk staff are also very kind and went above and beyond to help me understand how billing would work so there were no surprises with the cost. Grateful to have such a lovely team taking care of my teeth!

Total scam artists- I asked them to verify with insurance that the whole visit was covered and it wasn’t. They call me today (a month later) to tell me I owe money now. I do not recommend coming here, they lie to your face. I will be switching dentists. Note: this has happened three other times with them. Beware.

The hygienist and dentist are excellent, but I’ve had significant and ongoing issues with the billing and front desk support. My son started a new job earlier this year and had his own dental insurance prior to his visit. He didn’t have the insurance details with him at the appointment, but he was told he could call later to provide the information. Despite that, the claim was submitted under my husband’s policy instead. My husband has called the office multiple times requesting that Rose Dental resubmit the claim to the correct insurance. Each time they agreed, but nothing was ever done. Eventually, he contacted the insurance company directly, and they confirmed that the dentist’s office needed to resubmit the claim. I needed 4 wisdom teeth removed and have been anxious about it for years. I finally went in two weeks ago for a consultation and they had an appointment for this last Thursday to get the surgery done. The staff here made me feel at ease and Dr. Marion Harris was great during the consultation and what I remember of the surgery (basically saying hello getting an IV and waking up to it done) The instructions and guidance post op helped a lot. The only thing I wish I could change would be just not waiting for years and doing it sooner! Update: well the treatment was great but unfortunately I’ve had the worst experience ever with their billing. The dentist & hygienist both have my full confidence, which is a profound relief after some prior inadequate & indifferent "care" I'd stumbled upon for far too long from various others in 3 cities. I had begun to feel cursed by the bad luck of the draw; bitter & desperately pessimistic about ever finding competent help, so having the great luck to land in their chair and being this pleasantly proven wrong is such a welcome surprise I can only rant in hope of expressing gratitude.
