Roper St. Francis Moncks Corner Medical Plaza

I arrives at the Stoney Landing building at 7:03 am on Thursday February 24, 2026. I checked the business hours on the website before leaving the house; hours open begin at 7:00 am. Doors were locked and personnel were sitting at the front desk drinking coffee and talking. I called the main office number and she could only tell me that the business hours are at 7:00 am. A few minutes later I received a return call, she stated that she was able to reach someone and due to short staffing they would not open until 8:30. I want to believe that business would provide better customer service by having your personnel walk to the door and explain the situation or at a minimum put a sign on the door. The desk personnel sat at the desk and left me at the door in 30 degree weather without any concer

Do not utilize their lab services, unless you want to be hit with a huge bill after getting routine bloodwork done. I have had bloodwork done multiple times a year over the last several years and never paid a dime. I went to the lab at this location and was hit with a bill for $500 for standard bloodwork. It is impossible to speak to anyone that can take any real action, and the people you speak to are completely unhelpful. They have all the power because they chose to code the services in a way that resulted in my insurance company not approving and refuse to reevaluate their coding or explain why this standard service was coded differently.

Horrible doctors here!!! I paid my bill in full back in April with the cash discount, I paid almost $2,000 from my debit card. I also paid all my labs and whoever they sent everything off too. After I pay they tried to scam me. I filed a complaint with the BBB and magically it was taken care of. I got a letter in June saying they were going to send me to collections. For what??? I call, they can't give me an answer. They're awful!!! I will be filing a complaint again with the BBB. I told them I would literally die than go back to them, and I meant it. I drive 4 hours round trip now wayyyyy out of town so I dont have to go to a Roper hospital. Awful!!!!

I have always had great care from the nurses to the Dr. Bedside manner has always been good experience for me. Could not ask for better care!

Personnel was great once you got into the back out of the ER waiting room. Front desk help seemed like they could care less whether they were there or not and was not very helpful
