I wanted to love my experience after reading all of the reviews, but after 7 months, they got my prescriptions right 2 times. It was frustrating to have to wait, while out of meds, and go back more than once to get my meds. Disappointing because I wanted to support a local business, but I had to take my business elsewhere.

The best pharmacy in Moncks Corner SC so many of us complain about CVS and felt we had no choice but to tolerate the rudeness, no compassion and worst customer service but you do have a choice I found out and could not be happier! The pharmacy has the best customer service the hours are better and when you walk in the door you feel welcome not like us and many others feel like we were bothering them as CVS treated us

I am a newer customer of this pharmacy and have been very satisfied with my experiences until recently. Over the weekend, I called to confirm their closing time because I needed to pick up a blood pressure prescription. The clerk I spoke with kindly said they closed at 1:00 PM but assured me they would still be available if I arrived at the time my GPS estimated, which was 1:05 PM. When I arrived at the drive-thru at exactly 1:05 PM, I was told the store had already closed. This contradicted what I was told on the phone, and I was unable to pick up my medication. I hope this feedback helps improve communication for future customers.
