Dentist and staff are excellent! Accommodating to “emergencies” and attentive to detail. Very thorough with cleanings, GENTLE! Love them so much, I’m transferring my teen and pre-teen boys here from Ped office because they’re so great. Office is beautiful with relaxing atmosphere. Did I mention Doc does tox and fillers, too? Love this dentist and staff!

Been going to carolina avenue dental care for about 4 years. Best dentist I've ever been to. Everyone there are super friendly and really care about their patients. I've never had a bad experience or felt any pain during my procedures. I highly recommend this dentist and the wonderful staff. Also the prices on dental work are very reasonable and affordable.

Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to step foot in this office. I was visiting from out of town and experiencing a dental emergency. My insurance company provided me with this office because they are listed as in-network under my plan. When I called and provided my member ID number, the receptionist immediately stated that I was not covered solely because my ID number did not begin with a prefix she recognized. She refused to review my insurance card or contact my insurance company to verify coverage and instead told me I would have to pay out of pocket upfront. I have never experienced a medical or dental office unwilling to verify insurance simply because they were unfamiliar with a member number. This was disappointing and reflected poor customer service. Thumbs down.

This is the best dentist office we have been to in the 8 years we have lived in Charleston! They are always so great with the kids, making it super fun and entertaining for them, which means a lot to us for sure! The staff is super friendly and they always do a phenomenal job!
