Fantastic masseuse! Michael is a very courteous and professional therapist who pays close attention to detail. His deep tissue massages are excellent, with a very firm but gentle touch. I would highly recommend to anyone for both standard massage needs and those looking for in depth tension relief due to stress or other factors.

Mike is a well trained, compassionate massage therapist specializing in therapeutic massage. He is also an athlete who understands injury and maintenance. I really appreciate this because deep tissue and therapeutic massage have been very helpful as part of a recovery plan when I’ve had shoulder or knee injuries. Mike listens carefully to his clients and knows how to target the affected area at its cause to release and strengthen the muscles without causing additional stress. I have had several massages from Michael and each one has been better than the last. The pressure of his hands seems to auto adjust to whatever the area needs and the pressure was perfect the entire time. His hands just found every tight spot and melted away the tension. I definitely recommend Roots Bodywork to anyone needing relaxation or injury recovery.

Michael is great!! Therapeutic massage, deep tissue, with stretching and cupping but in such a gentle way. Effective AND relaxing/enjoyable. Highly recommend!
