We could not be more pleased. I needed a new PCP for my elderly mom and one that was closer to our home in Eastham. Luckily they were accepting new patients. Shortly after contacting them to start the process mom went into hospital and rehab for two weeks. During that time they called me, secured all moms medical records and within a day of mom returning home we got an appointment. They spent 1.5hrs with mom. They were kind, patient, friendly, supportive and all around very very comforting and competent. Everyone was wonderful. Mom walked away feeling like she had just had the most positive healthcare experience in decades. I did too.
